Carlos Eduardo Espina is an immigrant rights advocate and community organizer with over 2.4 million followers on TikTok, where he answers questions and gives advice concerning the U.S. immigration system. He is the founder and director of the Detained Refugee Solidarity Fund. He has a degree in political science from Vassar College, and is currently studying law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
